Overview
NortePay is a fictional SaaS fintech platform designed for freelancers, consultants, and small businesses in Mexico who need a clearer way to manage income, clients, invoices, pending payments, and basic cash flow.
The project was created as a portfolio case study to explore how a financial product can feel professional, trustworthy, and easy to use without becoming overwhelming or overly technical.
The goal was not to build a real payment platform or accounting system, but to design and implement a polished frontend experience that looks and behaves like a modern fintech product.

My role was to design and develop NortePay’s landing page experience, from visual direction to frontend implementation.
Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and SCSS, with a focus on responsive layouts, reusable UI components, and maintainable frontend architecture.

The visual direction combines a warm fintech palette, clean SaaS layouts, deep navy typography, terracotta accents, and minimal outline illustrations to make the product feel professional, human, and distinctive.

Outcome
The final result is a polished fictional fintech MVP that demonstrates my ability to design and build a product experience from concept to interface, combining visual design, UX thinking, reusable components, and frontend implementation.
